Thank you for your feedback on the Huben Handpump. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the leakage without Teflon tape. Our team is currently looking into this issue and we will make sure to include Teflon tape or an o-ring seal with future orders. As for the instructions on how to put the fill probe together, this is not something we'be been asked about in the past as it is pretty straight forward, which is why we don't include that information..
