  3. Signature Confirmation: If your package was signed for by someone other than you, you are required to file a police report regarding the incident before submitting your claim with the shipping carrier.
  4. Provide Proof of Filing: When you file a claim with us, you must provide proof of filing your claim with the shipping carrier.
  5. Claims Investigation: Once a claim has been filed, the shipping carrier will conduct an investigation. Please note that claim approvals with AirGun Tactical are not necessarily based solely on the carrier's investigation; however, their investigation must be complete before we can finalize our decision regarding your claim.
