Nice Airgun but several problems

I bought the Harpoon after watching several YouTube videos with different content creators shooting them. I was impressed with the ingenuity and uniqueness of it. My order was delayed a couple days which wasn't cool. When my Harpoon came I was very excited to shoot it. You will need to purchase either a high pressure air compressor or a pump to shoot your Harpoon so be prepared to shell out either 100 dollars for the pump or 500 to 700 dollars for the compressor. Unaware i needed to purchase a pump or compressor I had towait another week to get my hand pump. Finally it was time t o shoot my Harpoon and i was ready for a couple hours of fun but, the 3rd time firing it the first pellet holder broke by the 5th shot my second one was also in pieces and I could no longer fire pellets from my Harpoon. These pellet holders are made from cheap plastic and several people break theirs right away. There are steel pellet holders out there but its another 50 bucks or so to get those. Additionally one of my cartridges leaks air because it isn't quite right, you can shoot it right away but let it sit overnight and it is a dud and wont fire. For the money I paid for it these kinds of problems shouldn't occur, the manufacturer should be making these things right at the factory

As with all airguns, they do require some form of air source to fill them up. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In regards to the pellet holders, we understand that they are made of plastic and depending on the weight and diameter of the slugs, they may break. We do offer steel pellet holders as an alternative, but we understand that this may be an added cost for you.

Regarding the leaking cartridge, it is possible that there may be a nick in the o-ring from the burst disk, causing the seal to not hold the air. We would be happy to assist you with troubleshooting and finding a solution for this issue. Please let us know if you are experiencing this issue with both cartridges, as this is not a common problem with the Harpoon.

Still haven't ever gotten to use it.. since buying the Harpoon I've tried to get slugs from here as well and 3 orders have been stopped and canceled by Airgundept.. first time nothing 2nd time they called 3rs time they just canceled it and then answered my email about them later that they'd stopped the order again..
I mean i guess if your waisting money and just want a combination 1500 dollar paper weight it a good conversation piece
