It’s been 14 days and I have yet to receive the lost shipment nor the replacement I was supposedly going to get.

Order received on 6/16/25 was processed and fulfilled on 6/17/25, and we were notified on 6/25/25 that the item was not delivered. On the same day, we allowed you to bypass our normal claims process and sent a reply email informing you that we would open an insurance claim for a replacement item to be sent out. We understand your frustration in not receiving your order and we appreciate your patience during this process.
We would like to inform you that on 6/30/25, you followed up with us regarding the claims and the replacement product. However, it was too soon for a follow-up as the insurance claim process takes some time. On 7/2/25, we emailed you to let you know that the insurance claim was approved and on the same day, we shipped out the replacement item. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope you are satisfied with the replacement item. We value your feedback and we will use it to improve our services. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
