Randy R. (Tennessee) I suppose the protection is a good investment but the ONLY way of knowing would be to experience a loss. Performance of this service is what would determine whether it's worth it or not. How quickly do they complete an investigation? Do they pay in a manner of time that is reasonable to the customer? Do they actually pay? I am more worried about loss or damage from shipping through UPS. Since UPS has NEVER paid a claim I've filed in the past, does this coverage take care of that? I DID ask if my order could be shipped via FedEx but I was informed that was not possible. Hence as usual, receiving this parcel was a giant headache. Along with the product not meeting my expectations, I don't feel that ANY of the services were/are of great value to me.
